Shaped by my Christian upbringing on a large farm, Bible college education, and seven years in construction. For over a decade, I served as Faculty Supervisor at Freeman Health Systems. Guided by my deep faith in Jesus, I’ve worn various pastoral hats, dedicating 22 years to Oakton Church. At the core of this journey are my wife, Karen, and our wonderful children, Amy and Joshua, along with his wife, Morgan.
Favorite Scriptures —Matthew 6:33, Luke 6:33—but my ultimate favorite is Mark 16:15, aligning with Oakton’s mission statement: GO, Save, Disciple, and Send.
Fun Fact – I love football, passionately supporting the Lamar High School Tigers (9 state championships), LSU Tigers, and the Minnesota Vikings
