Leadership Collab: Growing Your Leadership Capacity

Leadership is a journey of continual growth. Leadership Collab: Growing Your Leadership Capacity is designed for ministry leaders who are ready to take the next step—deepening their calling, strengthening their leadership skills, and expanding their impact.

In this cohort, you’ll engage in meaningful conversations around the practice of leadership, gain insight through shared experiences, and receive encouragement from others serving in similar roles. Through both individual coaching and group interaction, you’ll identify practical next steps to grow and lead with greater clarity and confidence.

What to Expect

• An 8-month cohort experience
• Launch date: September 15 at 11:00 AM
• Monthly one-on-one coaching sessions
• Monthly group discussions based on assigned readings
• A collaborative environment focused on growth, encouragement, and accountability
