Leadership Collab: Building Foundational Leadership

Stepping into leadership—or growing in it—can feel both exciting and uncertain. Leadership Collab is designed to give you the space, support, and practical tools you need to grow with confidence. Whether you’re just beginning your leadership journey or looking to strengthen your foundation, this cohort will help you take meaningful next steps.

Throughout this experience, you’ll explore leadership best practices, develop your personal mission and vision, and engage with others who are walking a similar path. This is an opportunity to invest in yourself while building connections with a community of leaders committed to growth and faithfulness in their calling.

• Monthly one-on-one coaching sessions
• Monthly group discussions based on assigned readings
• A supportive, collaborative environment for learning and growth
